I’m now the Technical support and services manager at M2M, but I have been working with Sage products on front line support and as a consultant for some 20 years…

20 years?

Well I like my job; I enjoy helping people and building up relationships and even friendships with our customer base. I’ve found that if you provide a good service and help people wherever possible it can lead to more enjoyable calls – even when things are not going well that morning. Every day is different, brings new challenges and new people to meet.

Before working life I very much “enjoyed” my student life. I studied for a BSC in business information systems before commencing work with a sage reseller, moving only once before finding M2M and the opportunity to work with some great people on a daily basis.

I have a wonderful family a beautiful wife and two great children (not to mention the dog, cat, tortoise, rabbit and fish…)

I enjoy almost every kind of sport – and like to keep myself fit, though I must admit that my sporting activity is more Armchair then muddy field related nowadays.
